Michigan Senate Passes Resolution Recognizing Homeschooling Day

The Michigan Senate recently adopted a resolution introduced by State Senator Jonathan Lindsey. The measure formally recognizes October 13, 2026, as Homeschooling Day in the state.

During the deliberation, the senator highlighted the fundamental role played by families in educating their children. According to him, parents already act as teachers in everyday life.
